Kevin Webb

Kevin Webb has over 20 years of real estate experience. Initially, Kevin worked for one of the largest residential construction lending firms in Minnesota. Then, in 1999, Kevin founded All American Title Company, and later founded All American Commercial Title in 2003.

Kevin’s focus has always been on developing positive relationships and making sure our clients are satisfied with the service they receive on each transaction. Having worked in and around all aspects of the title insurance and closing process, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge that allows him to be a tremendous support to both internal staff members and external clients.

Daniel Flath

Closing Operations Manager

Daniel Flath has more than 30 years of leadership experience and sees marketing opportunities through operational eyes. He began his title insurance career as a Closer when he launched his own mobile closing company.  Daniel’s experience as a business owner gives him unique insight on the importance of developing long term business relationships.

Daniel joined All American Title’s leadership team in 2019 bringing his experience in title operations and process improvement.  Daniel focuses on Closing Operations working closely with ownership, Marketing and Production Departments to delivery high quality service to All American Title clients.

Stacy DeMarais

Commercial Coordinator

Stacy DeMarais has been in the title insurance industry for nearly 30 years. Stacy began her career in the industry at a title company in Nevada and moved to Minnesota in 1997 to continue her career as an abstract typist. She later joined the team at All American in 2019.

Throughout her years in the industry, Stacy has worked on both the production and closing sides of title. Stacy’s vast experience, combined with her willingness to help & teach others, makes her an asset to our commercial team.

Kevin Gartland

Kevin Gartland became a principal of All American Title in 2004.  Kevin has over ten years of experience in finance and real estate.   He has previously worked in mortgage industry and has gained knowledge of the real estate transaction from both sides of the table.  He earned his degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Kevin focuses on managing portions of the closing and marketing teams at AAT.  He is responsible for the company’s financial management including administration, budgeting and controls, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.

Jean Cole

Executive Closer

Jean Cole has over 20 years of experience in the title insurance industry and has been with All American Title Company for 9 years. Jean is an exceptional communicator with an ability to listen, write, and speak effectively to establish and reach mutual goals. She is an astute thinker and possess strong abilities to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.

As a seasoned professional in the industry, her honesty and integrity provide for effective leadership, team-building, and optimal business relationships.
